Surealism Trees Huggin Love:
Photoshopped a goofy photo of me fake kissing a tree in the forest and a picture of my and my friends hands on the bus. I placed the hands as tree branches and put leaves from the forest picture on the hands like tree branches—the black background was meant to be a creepy black mysterious feeling. It’s like a dream. It could turn into a nightmare in a second with the hands grabbing me. ^^ YAY SUREALISM!
I used the lasso and magic wand tool to select certain parts of the photo to distort. This photo was catching may subjects—including the trees in motion. So I messed with the woods and mad them purple and used the paint daubs filter tools on the trees. I distorted the path and tried to stick to a color scheme involving mostly purple, red, and yellow-green. I let my friend be separated from her shoes but her outline I used the plastic wrap filter on and distorted its color. My friend’s copied images I transformed: warped and skewed.
Christ, I’m pretty sure this is my future. as much as I’m trying to avoid it… YAY 40 YEARS OF DEBT SLAVERY!!! -_-

Boy By Potato Chips and Lollipops
I chose this picture to cubize because it features my good friend Brandon ^^ and my favorite bag of chips “Bugles” The image is already busy so I took pieces out of it and used different filters (mostly mosaic) to make each piece a bit different and rotated some of them as rectangles an other shapes
CG1 Impressionism Assignment—”BEFORE & AFTER” My little brother in front of a cross at Mount St. Mary’s University
I choose this scene because in taking the picture I could easily control the subject(my little Brother) and on a rainy day the scene looked picturesque and the whole area was peaceful, it felt like something you would want to paint. I used the same effects on the cross that I used on my brother to silently establish a connection between man and God, the cross stands for. Leaving the scene a bit more open and welcoming for interpretation—and that’s kind of the beauty of art, the different view(s) and meaning(s) it can hold for anyone.
An impressionist painter would probably force my brother to stand there for a moment then quickly paint the scene that remains in his/her head as my brother walks away.
